Description: SCENE opens on Karen a 20 year old real estate assistant as she puts a tray of cookies into the oven. She is preparing one of her new properties for an open house today and wants everything to be perfect. Two Hours Later Karen opens the door and shows the final visitor out thanking them profusely for the visit and urging them to check her other listings out online. The young agent seems desperate.
